Lease Application process

Step 1: Submit Your Application

All prospective tenants must first submit a completed lease application.

Step 2: Application Will Be Reviewed

Someone will review your application and reach out if there are any questions.

Step 3: Complete Credit, Background, and Employer Verification

If your application is approved for next steps, you will be contacted by someone from our staff to retrieve the $36.95 payment for a background check, credit check, and employer verification.

Step 4: Schedule Lease Signing

After the the background, credit, and employer verification is verified, you will be contacted to schedule a walkthrough of the property and to go through the lease agreement with the property manager.

Step 5: Move In

You are ready to move in! You will be provided with entry codes, keys, and all other needed items to live comfortably in your new rental.
