Madison, a devout individual with a warm smile, brings comfort to ​those around her. She's currently pursuing an associate's degree in ​Business Administration and is on track to earn a bachelor's degree ​in Human Resources. Her ongoing education will serve her well as ​she helps M&Z Properties and Rentals, LLC grow.

When not studying, Madison loves spending time with her family, ​including the family dog, Jayson Ash. She also centers her life around ​serving God and enjoys singing in the church choir. Known for her ​caring nature, Madison is always a proponent of what's right.

Zion, a bright and compassionate student, is set to become the ​manager-in-training at M&Z Properties and Rentals, LLC. Although she ​still has a few years left in school, Zion is determined to pursue a ​bachelor's degree to further her career in the family business. Her ​dedication to both her family and her future is a valuable asset as she ​helps the company move forward.

When she's not focused on her studies, Zion enjoys spending quality ​time with her family, including the dog, Jayson Ash. She also has a ​passion for crocheting, knitting, and art.

Shannon, a dedicated minister, is devoted to spreading the Gospel. ​Beginning with his own household, Shannon and his devoted wife, Shelia, are ​building a legacy of faith for their children, Madison and Zion, and future ​generations.

Professionally, Shannon serves as a Yearbook Representative with Varsity ​Yearbook. Shelia is a valued educator within Columbus County Schools.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Shannon is a passionate advocate ​for his faith. He serves as the Executive Pastor at Union Baptist Church, ​where he regularly preaches the Gospel. Outside of his spiritual pursuits, ​Shannon enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and fishing.

All prospective tenants must submit a completed lease ​application. Upon receipt, the application will be reviewed by ​our leasing team. If approved, applicants will be subject to a ​comprehensive background check, credit report, and ​employment verification. A non-refundable fee of $36.95 is ​required to initiate this screening process.
